Kick things off by adding your event basics:
Access: Decide if registration is free or if you would like to charge for participation.
Event Name: Choose a catchy name (e.g., "Holiday Market Hop" or "Citywide Restaurant Crawl").
Description: Give a quick overview of what participants can expect.
Dates: Set the start and end dates so participants know how long they have to join in.

4-Digit Code: Participants enter a code at the venue.

When you join the challenge, send any special offers and key info about your business, like hours, a short description, photos, or anything else you'd like to highlight.
The event host will add it all to the Passport Event so participants have what they need before visiting.
Event hosts can send event updates to participating businesses throughout the event via email and text, right from the tool.
4-digit check-in codes and Qr Codes: Should be clearly displayed.
If you're using geolocation or SMS, your team should be prepped to help customers with any questions.

That's it! Now patrons will start checking in on the map after they visit your place of business.
Click the "star" icon on the lower left side of the map to register for the challenge. Provide an email address and a username and you'll be ready to both check in and see your standing on the leaderboard.
As you arrive at different participating locations, click 'Check in' to log your participation. Communicate with participants via email or SMS messages keep them informed!
The Challenge organizer will contact challenge participants as they earn prizes for participation.
